Sprint Free Guarantee Highlighted in New Ad Campaign

Well now what’s this? Apparently Sprint is taking a route that no other wireless carrier has done before, offering Sprint customers a full money back guarantee on their service plans, known as the Sprint Free Guarantee reports an article over on advertiser talk.

The Sprint Free Guarantee, which is the subject of a new Sprint ad campaign apparently, ensures that any existing or new Sprint customer who adds a new line of service and isn’t completely satisfied can deactivate said service and return the handset within 30 days for a full refund.

Furthermore along with gaining a full refund for the handset, activations fee, and waiving the termination fee, the customer will also be refunded any monthly service plan charges recurring charges incurred along with all associated fess and taxes, and also will waive the restocking fee for new customer exchanges.

As of today apparently Sprint CEO Dan Hesse will feature in a television advert which touts Sprint Free Guarantee whereby Dan Hesse invites people to join Sprint and says that if you aren’t completely happy with Sprint within 30 days, we will give you your money back.

According to the VP of Corporate Marketing for Sprint, Mike Goff, Sprint offers the lowest pricing on monthly plans, the nation’s only 4G network, and the largest voice calling network and superior customer service and now an unmatched guarantee.
