iPhone HD or 4G: APIs shows Front-Facing Camera and LED Flash

Yesterday was all about the Apple Event and its iPhone OS 4.0, some comments have come in mentioning that the new release of a new iPhone being it the HD or 4G was not even talked about at the event and that is because it was all about about the operating system.

WWDC 2010 Event in June should reveal all, in the meantime whilst you wait Funkyspacemonkey has found something very interesting indeed, they have been looking into the iPhone OS 4 Beta and have found a list of new APIs.

Looking at the image above it clearly shows AVCaptureDevice.flashMode ,AVCaptureDevice.hasFlash, AVCaptureDevice.hasTorch and AVCaptureDevicePositionFront, so surely this means that the new Apple iPhone to be released will feature LED Flash camera,

Other things listed show audio video capturing device, which is positioned in the front, this surely means a front facing camera. Nothing is solid at the moment but we will be ahead of our game here and find out the real details as soon as they come in.

The iPhone OS 4 also shows some sort of process running in the background called iChatAgent, looks like Apple still have a few tricks up their sleeves.
