Word has it that Pantech and the Big Blue have unveiled the Pantach Link which is the latest messaging handset from Pantech and the Pantech Link will be surfing the AT&T network soon reports an article over on i4u.

Apparently there isn’t a great deal of information is available on the Pantech Link mobile phone; however apparently it has been optimised around messaging and includes social networking of some description although whether that means Twitter and Facebook and the like remains to be seen.

The Pantech Link packs a QWERTY keyboard as one would presume with a messaging phone and comes all neatly packed in 10mm housing, and features AT&T services including Social Net and Online Locker.

The Pantech Link on the AT&T network will be a cheap device which apparently will command a price tag of just $9.99 after a mail in rebate and dependent on signing a two year agreement with AT&T.
