Microsoft Kin One and Two Specs

Think back to last week, you may remember that the Redmond based software giant Microsoft officially unveiled a new series of mobile phones Kin One and also Kin Two. If you missed that article you can catch it here.

At the time very little was known in relation to the specs of the devices until now that is and thanks to a report over at news.softpedia.com which gives us that all important information.

The phones are aimed at those users that are looking for enhanced social networking functionality on their handsets. The information in relation to the specs has appeared from Microsoft Germany apparently which gives an insight into just what these two handsets will be capable of doing, aside from keeping its users connected at all times with friends and family via the social web.

The Kin One previously known as the Turtle comes with a nice portrait sliding QWERTY keyboard with a 2.6 inch capacitive touchscreen that has QVGA resolution (320 x 240 pixels). The device has a 5 megapixel camera on the back with LED flash. The Kin One includes 256MB RAM and 4GB of internal memory. Bluetooth 2.1 included with A2DP, Wi-Fi and also USB connectivity options.

The Kin Two originally known as the Pure has a little more to offer than the Kin One. It has a 3.4 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen, it has HVGA (480 x 320 pixels) A side
Sliding QWERTY keyboard and an 8 megapixel camera with both auto focus and LED flash. The Kin Two includes 8GB of internal memory, 256MB of RAM, plus much more.
