Microsoft KIN One Unboxed and Handled on Video

Of course having just given you the low down and unboxing video of the Microsoft KIN Two, naturally we will follow with the same with the KIN Two’s sister handset the Microsoft KIN One courtesy again by the guys over at Intomobile.

The Microsoft KIN One looks similar to the Palm Pre smartphone but smaller at 3.25 x 2.25 x .75 inches with a 2.6 inch QVGA display which could be a bit on the smallish side for some and a vertical sliding QWERTY keyboard.

Spec wise the Microsoft KIN One packs a 5 megapixel camera, GPS, 3G and WiFi, along with integrations with Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter which is the main emphasis with the KIN phones as it’s all about the social networking aspect.

The Microsoft KIN One set up is pretty straight forward as you put your name in followed by your Windows Live ID or email address if you don’t have Windows Live and will make a Windows Live ID using your given email address; you can use GMail, Outlook, Twitter, MySpace and Facebook to locate other contacts and setting the email is simple.

Anyway enough of that, we have two videos for your viewing pleasure below, one Microsoft KIN One unboxing and hands-on and the other the setup and software overview so I’ll just let you get at it and enjoy. Oh, and the Microsoft KIN One is available on the Big Red for roughly $50 on a 2 year agreement after a $100 rebate as of tomorrow the 6th of May.
