Got my Bold 9650 about 2 months ago. Really like the device however two significant problems: 1. when going to sms/mms to get a text, it gets stuck there and when I go back to read my email in the "Messages" function, all I see is the text message so I have to pull the battery and start over. Told by Verizon they would need to do a full wipe and reinstall all the info. 2. Today while in the "Calendar" function, the device froze up completely. Pulled the battery to reset numerous times but it gets stuck and frozen in the start-up process. Since this one is junk, I now get a rebuilt one from Verizon because it is more than 30 days old. Not impressed at all.

Mine keeps dropping calls. Won't maintain the Verizon network. Shows "none" under options/mobile network/mobile network. Then the next minute, shows AT&T–then, Verizon, then back to "none." At the same time, my keyboard stops functioning altogether. This was a refurbed unit to replace my Tour (well actually my third Tour–all three of which rebooted constantly on their own).

Does this freezing seem to be a common problem? we have one that is only 4 days old and keeps freezing up, have to take the battery out repeatedly to fix this problem. Also, everytime we make an outbound call I can hear my own voice echoing back at me. It's very obnoxious..

I recieved my 3 Blackberry Bold 9650 yesterday. The first one kept locking up and resetting, the second, same thing, the third, isn't freezing up but resets itself all day long. What is the problem? Is it something I'm doing?
