iPhone 4G HD and OS 3.1.3 and 4.0 Carrier Unlocks Coming?

Well now here’s some interesting news, as most are aware, Apple’s WWDC 2010 conference begins in San Francisco today at 10am California time which is 6pm UK time and it is expected Steve Jobs will unveil the iPhone 4G/HD along with iPhone OS 4.0.

Well according to an article over on Intomobile by Will Park, the iPhone Dev Team’s MuscleNerd has pushed out an announcement via Twitter saying “with both 4.0 & iPhoneHD coming out the month, so too will the 3.1.3/4.0 carrier unlocks.”

So it would appear that even before we start WWDC 2010 and any announcement of the next generation iPhone and iPhone OS 4.0, the iPhone Dev Team proclaim for all that they will have a jailbreak and “carrier unlock” available.

If so, then the next generation iPhone will be able to use a SIM card from any GSM carrier, as long as the device is jailbroken and unlocked; more on this as and when we hear.

My question would be the same, when is it going to be in the Market? I am tired and its frustrating not to be able to use the greatest iPhone and just leaving it in somewhere.
Can some one answer the question?
I live in Germany and they told me it can be that it comes but in July 7th. not sure
