BlackBerry Curve 8530 Released on Tata Indicom in India

For all you BlackBerry loving people over in India, you can now grab the Research In Motion Blackberry Curve 8530 smartphone, India’s first CDMA handset with optical trackpad from Tata Indicom.

According to and article on Indian-tech-news, RIM and Tata Indicom have now introduced the BlackBerry Curve 8530 handset in India commanding a price tag of RS. 18,990.

Along with introducing the BlackBerry Curve 8530, Tata Indicom also introduced Tata Photon TV whereby users can access their favourite TV programs including Hindi News, English News, and Entertainment programs, Sport, Movies, Fashion and Business.

Spec wise the BlackBerry Curve 8530 offers a 2 megapixel camera, CDMA, WiFi, HSIA enabled, Tata Photon TV, email, view and edit attachments such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and instant messenger.
