iOS 4 Release Time: Download Today or Wait Until Tomorrow?
I’m quite sure all you iPhone 3GS owners out there in iPhone land are simply chaffing at the bit to get hold of the latest iPhone operating system which Apple has decided to rename iOS 4 and is due to hit the masses sometime today.
Our guess is that Apple will release iOS 4 approximately around the same time as it did previously, so we are probably looking at somewhere around 9AM or 10AM Pacific time, which for us over here in the UK should be about 5pm or 6pm.
Now the thing is, once Apple released iOS 4 for download you just know there is going to be one huge wave of traffic hitting the downloads page, and so there could well be a few issues in grabbing hold of iOS 4 initially.
Frustration can build very quickly when you are trying to download a new operating system and issues happen, so with this in mind, are you so eager to grab iOS 4 that you will try to download is today, or can you be a little patient and wait until tomorrow? Feel free to drop us a comment on whether you are going to brave the onslaught or wait it out.

I got an iPhone 3G. and I have been waiting all day for this. Its still not released. I just cant wait.
I think I’m going to wait until later this evening as I am out for dinner tonight withthe mrs. We can’t wait to get our hands on ios4, but we don’t want the frustration it’ll bring if we can’t get it before dinner! Even the morning will be fine, as we’ll all get it ventually anyway 🙂
I'll be getting it today. As long as you're one of the first to click – you should be good. You know…. if they would release this at 9:00am Eastern – The east coasters would be done downloading it before the west coasters even get out of bed. I'm just sayin'

Nope.. I can't wait… iBooks, Multitasking, 5x Zoom, Tap to focus Camcorder, Wallpapers, 'aparent new ringtone'.. and plenty more! Im NOT waiting no way. Shall keep clicking update until i finally get a space.
