Android 3.0 Comes Packing Google Music Streaming Service

We have a bit more news concerning Android 3.0 today and that new is according to an Israeli finance newspaper, Android will launch its own music store when it launches the new operating system Android 3.0 later in the year.

According to Andrew over on Fonehome, bye way of Know Your Cell, Gaurav Jain, Android production mamager talks to Israeli newspaper Calcalist and confirmed that an Android cloud based music service would come this year and also stated that mobile would play an important part in the service from launch day.

Google acquired music streaming experts Simplify Media earlier in the year which lead to rumours that Google would launch their own music store and it now seems this is the case and is about to tread on a bit of Apple territory in doing so.

Apple according to rumour is also on the verge of seeing the fruits of their music streaming service Lala with a suggest announcement coming in September for an iTunes streaming service; more as and when we hear.
