Apple to drop 10% restocking fee for returned iPhones

Apple have said in a statement that if you are not fully satisfied, you can return your undamaged iPhone to any Apple Retail Store or the online Apple Store within 30 days of your purchase.

The recent article published by Simon over at intomobile.com via Computerworld goes on to states “for a full refund”. Apple will not be charging the usual 10% restocking fee for example $19.90 for the 16GB iPhone 4 or $29.90 for the 32 GB version.

Nice offer Apple but I doubt this will go any distance in cheering up all the unhappy customers who are experiencing problems with their iPhones. Perhaps dishing out super antenna may be a better option.

Yes we know that is unlikely also, but I suppose it is better than nothing dropping the usual 10% is an offer after all for returning your unwanted undamaged iPhone devices.
