Apple Free Bumper Case: Has yours been cancelled?

Since the problems has arisen with the iPhone 4 signal Apple has agreed to hand out free bumper cases to its customers as a gesture of good faith, but some customers have been sent messages saying that their cases have been cancelled.

The latest news comes via TiPB where iPhone 4 owners in Puerto Rico have had their Bumper cases cancelled, a few readers have sent the source above copies of the following notification, which we will break down for you (Read the full notification via TiBP).

The notification basically said that Apple is unable to complete their orders and do not ship to international freight forwarder, APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.

Because they do not ship to the above addresses orders for the cases have been cancelled, you will need to visit the Apple Store Worldwide for your country of residence.

We used the Apple Case Program App to order our Bumper and it is on its way, we would love for those who have had their order cancelled to come forward and let us know in the comments area provided below.

  1. Eddie Saez says:

I call a Apple servicenter here in Puerto Rico and they said that they receive warranty parts from Apple. Apple ships to PR also for the local resellers.
