I bought the Nokia 2220 slide last year (2012), as I needed a mobile for my small business.  Nothing fancy.  Well, I can tell you it was one of the worst purchases I have made.  It was cheap and cheap it is.  I bought it in France (I live here) and the instructions were only in french, but I found instructions in English on the  ‘net’.  There is not troubleshooting section and I have trouble working out how to access voice messages and the screen often locks itself.  At this moment in time, the screen is frozen black and continues to vibrate.  I cannot find an answer for this problem and am very unhappy with this product.  By the way, I have always bought Nokia mobiles (I had several whilst living in England), but this is by far the worst!
