Jailbreakme 2.0 Installs Unapproved Apps: iPhone 4 and Older

Does this work with an iPod touch 3G 32gb 4.0 firmware? Because I'm having problems

I jus retored my iPod touch 2G mc model and update to 4.0 but when I try to use jailbreak 2.0 it just goes the with the slide to jailbreak and when I slide it it just goes to the space background with nothing on it… Can somebody help… Email me traceylwrn@live.com

I jailbroke my 3gs ios 4 nd it worked fine with me but everytime i get on cydia it says sumbody about an error ocurred.. Other then dat it works fine..
