Sprint to Gain BlackBerry Curve 9330

The RIM BlackBerry Curve 9300 is due to launch on Verizon in October, however it appears that the Big Red won’t be the only carrier to gain the BlackBerry Curve 9330 according to a recently revealed Research In Motion document.

A Cosmin Vasile, article over on Softpedia says a RIM knowledge base document found by Poitr over at BBNews.pl contains the description of a minor problem with the Sprint BlackBerry Curve 9330.

Apparently the minor problem with the Sprint Blackberry Curve 9330 is…“After the ##RTN command is performed on Sprint BlackBerry Curve 9330 smartphone, BlackBerry App World storefront and all preloaded games other than BrickBreaker and Word Mole are unexpectedly removed without user action.”

Vasile does say they aren’t clear whether the BlackBerry Curve 9300 will pack BlackBerry 6 OS out of the box, but apparently although the launch date for the Sprint version hasn’t been disclosed it should see launch about the same time as the Verizon BlackBerry Curve 9300 sometime in October.
