New Samsung Wave 723 with Bada OS Announced

Although there are already 3 Samsung wave devices out and about, the original Samsung Wave, the Samsung Wave 2 and Samsung Wave Pro, there is a new device added to the Wave lineup with the Samsung Wave 723 smartphone.

According to an article over on Softpedia by Ionut Arghire, Samsung have now announced the release of the Samsung wave 723 which also sports Sammy’s own bada operating system and the fourth in the Wave line.

So what does the Samsung Wave 723 offer? Apparently the device sports a 3.2 inch TFT LCD display with touch capabilities, 5 megapixel camera with dedicated camera button and LED flash, Samsung Social Hub, Samsung App support, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, memory card expansion and bada operating system and comes with a protective leather touch screen flip cover.

Price wise it is expected that the Samsung Wave 723 will be priced slightly lower than the Samsung Wave but a tad hight than the other two Wave devices. As for availability, the Samsung wave 723 should see release in Germany in September followed by other European markets not too long after.
