Orange and T-Mobile UK Customers Gain Dual Network Access

Since T-Mobile and Orange UK teamed up to form Everything Everywhere, customers of both networks haven’t been all that sure whether they would have to remain on their chosen network or have the ability to use both T-Mobile and Orange networks.

Well according to an article over on Gizmodo by Kat Hannaford, Everything Everywhere has now announced that T-mobile and Orange customers can indeed sign up to get access to both networks enabling them to make calls and send texts across the networks at no extra charge.

Apparently as of the 5th of October the 30 million combined Orange and T-Mobile customer base will be offered the opportunity to access both the T-Mobile and Orange networks.

The CEO of Everything Everywhere, Tom Alexander has said… “From next month, we will give almost half of the British population the opportunity to use their phones in more places than ever before. As well as continuing to benefit from their existing network, Orange customers will be able to make calls and send texts on the T-Mobile network and T-Mobile customers will be able to do the same using the Orange network. This is the first major consumer benefit of the merger between Orange and T-Mobile, and it delivers an unrivalled and unique experience that no other operator can offer.”
