Well now according to and article over on Android Central by Phil Nickinson, Unrevoked have now sorted said issues and have made Unrevoked 3.21 available for download.

Unrevoked Version 3.21 delivers the latest single-click rooting and NAND unlocking for several Android platform smartphones including the licks of the HTC Desire both GSM and CDMA versions, The HTC EVO 4G, HTC Droid Incredible, HTC Wildfire and HTC Aria.
