Things seem to be hotting up over the last day or so with the HTC HD7 Windows Phone 7 smartphone with an illustration and picture of the handset hitting the net waves and now we have the spec sheet for the HTC HD7.

According to an article over on the Boy Genius Report by Andrew Munchbach, the HTC HD7 spec sheet comes by way of WMPoweruser and shows us all the specifications of the latest HTC Windows phone 7 device.

Those specs include a 4.3 inch WVGA display, 5 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, 1 GHz Qualcomm QSD 8250 processor, FM radio, a-GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 576MB RAM, quad-band GSM, dual-band HSPA/UMTS 7.2 Mbps, and a digital compass.

The spec sheet for the HTC HD7 also say the smartphone will have a 1230 mAh battery and judging by the AWS bands it appears that the HTC HD7 Windows Phone 7 device is destined to play nice on the T-Mobile USA network.
