BlackBerry BIS 3.2 Released in North America

It appears that Research In Motion has now updated their BlackBerry Internet Services and those Blackberry smartphone users in North America should now be seeing the update as word from major carriers say that the update to BIS 3.2 has gone as planned.

According to an article over on Crackberry by Bla1ze, BIS 3.2 delivers the option to synchronise Gmail calendar with BlackBerry calendar, the option to hide or show passwords for email addresses which require validating by clicking Hide password and Show password.

BIS 3.2 also offers auto-login enhancement which means there is no longer a requirement for both username and password to access BIS. There are also new password criteria such as a newly created password must be 8 to 16 characters, feature one letter and one number, and cannot include username or the word “password.”
