Android Gingerbread 3.0: UI Retooling, Video Chat, VoIP Calling

New details have just popped up online surrounding the new Android 3.0 aka Gingerbread, the details are not official but it gives you an insight of what to expect.

The new operating System according to Phandroid has undergone major UI retooling and the main features here includes re-modeled notification bar, new scroll effects, new icons and more green accents.

The two major updates to Android 3.0/Gingerbread includes video chat that should be just as good as Appleā€™s FaceTime, can it compete? The other big addition is VoIP calling to its Google Voice service, which is great news if all comes together.
