AppSwitch for iPhone shows all iOS Background Processes

Now everyone knows that Apple simply hates anyone poking around under the hood of their beloved iPhone and to this end there isn’t a real way of taking a good look at everything that is running on your iPhone that is up until now.

According to an article over on iPhone Download Blog by Alex XCool Apps has now come up with AppStitch which is apparently the first app that can show all iOS background processes.

Here’s what XCool Apps says about AppSwitch…“AppSwitch’s Switch to Apptechnology harnesses one of iOS’s most powerful features to let you quickly switch to another app, while Shortcuts lets you quickly switch to a feature within another app (e.g. switch directly to Twitter’s compose message screen).”

Basically what AppSwitch does is allow the user to view the iPhone system info such as your Mac address, IP address, free space, and lets you dig in deep to the handset’s internals. Although the app wont allow you to manage or kill processes.

The AppSwitch app does have good app icon support though and there are 3 app icon packs that cover all stock apps along with the most popular apps in iTunes as is available to download from iTunes at $0.99.
