Sagem COSY NFC Phone Launched

French mobile phone maker Sagem Wireless has now launched a new mobile phone which is called the Sagem COSY phone and the Sagem COSY phone features Near Field Communication technology.

According to an article over on Intomobile by Dusan Belic, by way of Realwire, the Sagem COSY phone features include an easy to use menu system, high contrast legible fonts, improved usability and comfort which make the Sagem COSY phone ideal for the “seniors market.”

Spec wise the Sagem COSY Phone offers a 2.2 inch QVGA display, 1.3 megapixel camera, 3G connectivity, media player, web browser, 128MB memory, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, microSD expansion and “innovative recharger cradle.”

The Sagem COSY NFC phone weighs 95 grams, measures 112 x 49.3 x 12.99mm and will become available in France, Ireland and the UK first with other European markets following and will available via carriers and as a SIM free handset although no word on any pricing for the entry level device as yet.
