iPhone 4 and iPad To Gain Android via OpeniBoot: Video

So would you believe it that the iPhone 4 and Apple iPad can run the Android operating system? Apparently the same people who delivered the OpeniBoot based Boolace which places Android on the iPhone 3GS are trying to port it to the iPhone 4 and iPad.

And the image above is OpeniBoot on the iPhone 4 while the video which can be viewed below is OpeniBoot running on the Apple iPad and comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Daily iPhone Blog and by way of Redmond Pie.

The video lasts just over a minute and a half and if this is anything to go by we could soon be seeing the Android platform running on both the iPhone 4 and the iPad. OpeniBoot is an Open source implementation of iBoot bootloader for iOS products.

So rather than me go into all the tech details I’ll simply let you head on down, mash that play button and check out OpeniBoot running on the Apple iPad…enjoy.
