For all your Windows Phone 7 fans over in Germany who may have been waiting patiently to get your hands on the soon to be released HTC 7 Pro smartphone, it appears that your wait for the Windows Phone 7 device may soon be over.

According to an article over on Slash Gear by Shane McGlaun and by way of Unwired View, the O2 Germany website is now displaying the HTC 7 Pro smartphone with expected availability of sometime in January 2011.

Unfortunately though O2 Germany hasn’t seen fit to display any pricing for the HTC 7 Pro but there’s always a chance the device may be offered as a free Windows Phone 7 device when signing up for a plan with the carrier, but we’ll have to wait and see on that one.

Quick spec reminder for the HTC 7 Pro, 3.6 inch WVGA touch screen, 5 megapixel camera, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, slide out QWERTY keyboard, GPS, WiFi, HD video recording and all the usual stuff associated with Windows Phone 7 devices.
