Great review – thanks – thoughtful and mercifully lacking in "fanboy" hysteria. You are right, the only "fashionable" device that comes close to this is the HTC Desire Z – the JobsPhone simply does not do the same job – by a long way.
It would have been good to hear that Nokia/Symbian had improved the calendar (it is way behind even the Psion days from which Symbian originates) and cool and practical if they had included Joikuspot as a standard in the phone (wifi hotspot for Symbian being way ahead of the "innovator" Apple who have just got round to providing it on their Verizon phone in the USA!)
We need to see swift, regular and repeated software updates for this and other Symbian (all versions!) devices if Nokia are to stem the tide of defections.
