For those that may be of a mind to pick up the new Samsung Infuse 4G smartphone once it becomes available, I’m sure you’d firstly like to know when you will be able to purchase the Android 2.2 Froyo device and for how much.

Well thanks to the guys over at Engadget we can now bring you that information as apparently the 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display device will be releasing as of the 15th of this month on the AT&T network.

So how much will the Samsung Infuse 4G set you back? The word is the Android handset will command a price tag of some 200 bucks when you are prepared to sign your life away for a period of 2-years to AT&T.

The 8.9mm at it’s thinnest point Samsung Infuse 4G comes out to play packing both HSDPA Cat 14 and HSUPS Cat 6 radios a 1GHz processor, 8 megapixel rear camera with 720p video along with a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera and a 2GB microSD card and features a pre-loaded version of Angry Birds with an exclusive hidden level.
