I downloaded last night. Seems much more responsive. Didn’t get too much of a chance to play with it. Only thing I’ve noticed so far is some tabbing on menus that didn’t use to have tabbing. Still, Gingerbread… Am i right? 😉

Hi, I now have gingerbread 2.3.3. So far all seems to be fine with some extra tabs. I am thinking that the battery is lasting longer as well. JEay

  7. updated last week but not realy liking it. Text messages have phone numbers instead the persons name next to them even with them in my address book. I can not download pics from text messages. I have not noticed any improvments so far, not a fan

    1. Mine does the same thing.. its VERY annoying i must say. but if you download the app “Handcent” which is a messaging app, it temporarilly fixes these messaging glitches with the phone. I mean, its temporary until HTC can figure out how to fix these bugs with this new update. I have many other glitches since this update. Very irritating. Looking forward to another update that will hopefully fix all this mess.

  8. My phone slowed down dramatically. Pandora radio cannot stream smoothly nor can videos on YouTube. Applications are lagging horribly as are the notification sounds and touch responses. Hopefully there is something I can do to bring my phone back up to at least par. Any ideas?

  9. I updated my HTC Inspire and it has numbers instead of Names, and a pop-up comes up saying: android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. An error report will be sent to HTC. Please try again. I am very pissed. Fix it now!
