LG Thrill 4G Release Date Confirmed

Phones Review Quickie: For those over in the good old US of A who have been patiently awaiting the release of the US version of the LG Optimus 3D for AT&T the LG Thrill 4G, an Android smartphone that has already seen numerous delays, AT&T has finally come forward with a confirmed release date for the glasses-free 3D handset.

According to an article over on Phone Scoop, AT& announced the release date for the LG Thrill 4G via their official Twitter account, which said…” Ur whole world in 3D, on 9/4 w/LG #Thrill4G with glasses-free 3D. Tell us how your world is going to come alive.http://social.att.com/t3Y”, so that’s the 4th of next month.

Apparently the Android 2.2 Froyo sporting LG Thrill 4G will command a price tag of 99 bucks when signing up with AT&T for a term of two years.

I’m sure you already know the specs, but in case you’ve forgotten the LG Thrill 4G offers a 4.3-inch 3D touch screen, dual 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and LED flash, front facing camera, 1080p and 720p video, 8GB storage, 512MB RAM, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS, WiFi, 3.5mm jack and microSD expansion up to 32GB.

So it would appear those who have been waiting to get their 3D experience on with the LG Thrill 4G will be able to do so in just a few days time, so does the news take the constant delay with the Android smartphone is finally over make you all happy now, or have you simply decided to move on and opted to pick up another device?
