Motorola Defy+ Releasing In Sept In UK

For Brit Motorola fans who would like to know if the Motorola Defy+ smartphone is heading for the United Kingdom, you may like to know that the answer to that question is yes, the Motorola Defy+ handset will indeed be releasing in the UK and not in the too distant future.

According to an article over on Phandroid, Motorola have announced that the Android 2.3 Gingerbread Motorola Defy+ will see releasing in the United Kingdom on select UK carriers sometime in September, although no hard and fast date was offered.

For those interested in the rugged Android smartphone, the Motorola Defy+ offers a 3.7-inch Gorilla Glass touch screen, 5 megapixel camera, Motorola custom user interface, 1GHz processor, 2GB internal storage, microSD expansion up to 32GB, Adobe Flash 10 enabled browser, the usual Google services, and a 1700mAh battery offering up to 7.1 hours talk time and up to 16 days standby time.

The Motorola Defy+ smartphone also offers the same rugged protection as the original Motorola Defy including dust proof and water resistance and comes pre-loaded with the CardioTrainer application and is billed as the “life-proof” smartphone.

Unfortunately though there is no details on which carriers will offer the Motorola Defy+ handset in the United Kingdom, or any word on just how much that Android smartphone will hit your pocket for, but naturally as soon as w hear we will of course pass that information along to our readers.
