Apple iPad and iPhone Gain Adobe Reader App
Although Apple doesn’t want Adobe flash on iOS device, finally the iOS faithful now have the Adobe Reader app for the iOS platform as Adobe has now release its document and PDF reading and sharing application for the iPhone and Apple iPad and access the widest range of PDF portfolios.
Adobe Reader for the iPhone and Apple iPad enables the user to quickly open PDF files from email, any app that supports “Open in,” and via the Web, the ability to access files secured by Adobe LiveCycle Rights Management, and supports the highest grade of PDF encryption up to AES256.
With the Adobe Reader app for iOS devices the user can use bookmarks, select single page or continuous scroll, zoom in and out, search text to locate specific info, select and copy text from a PDF file and navigate through large files via thumbnails.
Adobe Reader for the iPhone and iPad also offers the ability to email PDF’s as an attachment, share files, and print wirelessly via AirPrint.
This is the first official Adobe Reader app for the iOS platform and works with iOS 4.2.5 devices and above and supports 16 languages including English, Spanish, German, Russian, Portuguese, and Turkish.
