Droid Razr, Galaxy Nexus or iPhone 4S: The Choice

Three amazing smartphone choices, the Motorola Droid Razr, Samsung Galaxy Nexus and the Apple iPhone 4S, all featuring outstanding specs, but what one would you choose?

We will give you a quick breakdown of the main specs on each device, the only handset that is not really known Galaxy Nexus, this one will hopefully be revealed early hours on the 19th around 3am UK time.

Main Samsung Galaxy Nexus Specs:

What we know so far includes, Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore SMP (Dual-Core), PowerVR SGX 540 GPU, 4.7-inch HD 720×1280 Super AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera on the back and a 1.3-megapixel on the front, Main camera has auto focus, 1080pHD and LED flash, GPS support, NFC, 1GB RAM, 32GB ROM, 32GB microSD up to a maximum 2GB/microSDHC, and 1750mAh battery.

Main iPhone 4S Specs:

3.5-inch (330 ppi pixel density – 640 x 960 pixels) Retina display, LED-backlit IPS TFT capacitive touchscreen, Scratch-resistant oleophobic surface, No card slot but comes in 16/32/64GB versions, 512 MB RAM, Siri Assistant, GPRS, 3G, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi, USB v2.0, 8 MP (3264×2448 pixels) featuring LED flash and autofocus, also has Touch focus / geo-tagging / face detection, comes with 1080p@30fps video featuring video stabilization geo-tagging / LED video light, also has a front-facing camera for Facetime, iOS 5 operating system, 1 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, PowerVR SGX543MP2 GPU, Apple A5 chipset, iMessage, Twitter integration, iCloud support.

    I suspect I could be pretty happy with any of these…although when I finally decide, I’ll convince myself there were all sorts of really important reasons for the decision…
