Samsung Galaxy Nexus 1080p Footage Captured: Video

Now that Samsung has dish the dirt on the first Android Ice Cream packing smartphone, the Samsung galaxy nexus we now know that the handset comes with a 5 megapixel camera rather than the rumoured 8 megapixel camera, a difference that will obviously be compared with the iPhone 4S and its 8 megapixel snapper, but just because the Galaxy nexus has a 5MP camera doesn’t make it any less worthy.

Thus what we have for your viewing consideration below is apparently video footage in 1080p shot with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Android and Me and by way of Romain Guy.

The guys say that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus footage is simply “wow” and even on YouTube the video is outstanding.

Romain Guy used his Google+ account to say that the final edit was made with “Adobe After Affects CS5” however, the “only processing done on the original footage was to speed it up in the first clip,” which the guys say means what you see is what you get.

Here’s the video blurb from YouTube…” A short video shot on Rockaway Beach, Pacifica, California. This video was filmed with a Galaxy Nexus and Android 4.0. It includes time-lapse sequences shot with the new camera application in Android 4.0 and a Stage Zero Dolly.”

So there you have it the first video showing footage taken with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Android Ice Cream Sandwich as far as I am aware, so all you need do now if head on down and hit that play button to check it out and feel free to express your opinions on the footage to our comments area below…enjoy.

If you have enjoyed this Phones Review article feel free to add me to your circles on Google+ and I will of course add you back.
