Spotify app for Windows Phone now available

For all the Windows Phone faithful out there who would like to get their music fix via their windows handset you just might like to know that the Spotify app for Windows Phone is now available to download from the Windows Phone Marketplace to your chosen device.

Spotify for Windows Phone enables the user to search, browse and play millions of tracks via the music subscription service, with the ability to stream over 2.5 and 3G, explore and play friends Spotify playlists, tracks and top artists.

Spotify for Windows Phone also features an offline mode enabling the user to play songs without an internet connection, receive music from friends via the inbox, tag friends into a special list, and “On-the-fly sync, meaning each song you add to a playlist will appear on both your mobile handset and computer.

With the Spotify app users can play songs in the background when running other applications, and even when their phone is locked and share music on Facebook, Windows Messenger and Twitter, and also allow the pinning of playlists as Live Tiles to the start screen for quick access.
