Galaxy Nexus now available in UK

For the Android faithful over here in the United Kingdom who have patiently been waiting to get their hands on the latest smartphone from the Google guys, namely the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, you just might be interested to know that the Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone is now available to purchase.

According to the guys over at Slash Gear, retailer Phones4U is now offering the Samsung Galaxy Nexus for sale where you can grab the Android 4.0 handset as a free device for £36 per month based on the usual two-year term.

And according to the report, Phones4U has managed to grab a little exclusivity over the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, as apparently rival retailers are not expecting to have the Galaxy Nexus in stock until next week.

The deal on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus as a free handset for £36 a month is on the Orange Panther 36 tariff that offers 600 minutes, 3000 texts, 750MB data, 3 months free WiFi, and Orange Swapables, or you can opt for 900 minutes, 3000 texts, 250MB data, 3 months free WiFi, and Orange Swapables.

For a free Galaxy Nexus on Vodafone the cheapest option is £41 per month on a two-year agreement that offers 900 minutes, 3000 texts, 750MB data and 3 months free WiFi.

If you wish to go with O2 you can get the Samsung Galaxy Nexus for free against on a 24-month term for £41 per month and receive 600 minutes, 3000 texts, 1GB data, and 3 months free WiFi.

If you are a loyal T-Mobile customer unfortunately they do not offer the Galaxy Nexus as a free handset and the cheapest offer on T-Mobile is £20.43 per month over a two-year term for which you get 300 minutes, 300 texts, a flexible booster and data bundle, 3 months free WiFi but unfortunately the handset will cost you £249.00.
