San Francisco II price and release confirmed by Orange: video

For those who are faithful to the Orange network the carrier has now given some insight as to when the successor to the Orange San Francisco handset will arrive and how much the Android smartphone will hit your pocket for, and have also posted a video of the aptly named San Francisco II, which we have for your viewing consideration below.

The Orange San Francisco II video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Unwired View and shows off the latest Orange offering but actually falls just short of delivering on a hard and fast availability date.

Basically Orange are saying that the San Francisco II will become available late November, so anyone that want the device should be able to pick it up in time for Christmas, and as for that asking price, well the smartphone will be offered for a penny shy of 100 quid on pay as you go, as long as you purchase a 10 quid top up.

So basically you’ll part with £110 for the Orange San Francisco II, which apparently was the same price for the original San Francisco. Furthermore Orange will also offer the San Francisco II as a free smartphone on contract on plans of £10.50 and above.

Spec wise the slightly upgraded Orange San Francisco II offers a slimmer and more lightweight design, HD voice for clear quality, signal boost, 800Mhz processor and runs Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, and 5 megapixel camera.

Anyway, for those that might just be interested in snapping up the Orange san Francisco II at the end of the month, head on down to mash that play button and check out what Orange have to say about the handset…enjoy.
