The tablet space is inundated with slates of varying description, which sometimes makes it difficult to choose between then unless you are a dedicated iOS fan who always goes for the Apple iPad, but there are two new Android tablet available, the Amazon Kindle Fire and the Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet, and today we have a comparison battle video for your viewing consideration below between these tow new Android tablet.

The Amazon Kindle Fire versus the Barnes and Noble Nook Tablet comparison video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Phone Arena who got hold of both slates and pitted them against each other in an almost eight minute video fight.

Both the Amazon Kindle Fire and Barnes and Noble Nook Tablet are affordable slates with the Kindle Fir coming in at 200 bucks over in the US whilst the Nook Tablet commands a 250-buck price tag, but is the Nook Tablet worth that extra 50 bucks?

Both tablets also run their own version of Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, both are 7-inch tablets with 1024 x 600 IPS screens and even have the same processor, a 1GHz TI OMAP dual core processor and both with a primary focus on book reading.

Anyway if you are of a quandary on whether to pick up the Amazon Kindle Fire or the Barnes and Noble Nook Tablet, head on down and hit that play button to check out the comparison footage and maybe it will go some way to helping you make that important tablet decision…enjoy.
