Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus release sort of confirmed

The Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus release date is still a mystery; the launch in the US is still causing confusion in America. Samsung at first said that the new smartphone would release in the U.S in November, but this was not to be.

November is coming to an end and yet still no Galaxy Nexus, Business Insider has just had confirmation that the handset will be released in December on Verizon.

The Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus release is sort of confirmed, because no exact release date or pricing details have yet been announced. So the upside is that it’s coming in December, the downside is no one knows what date.

UK residents can buy the Samsung Galaxy Nexus unlocked GSM model, but the U.S has to wait a little longer. We will keep you notified on all release dates and pricing as soon as we here more.

If you are in the U.S and waiting for this smartphone, please let us know what you are think about right now.

They said that the phone was coming in November.  That clearly was a lie.  And so when they say it’s coming in December, we are to believe them now?

They also said the Bionic would be out first quarter 2011. I do believe that the RAZR over promotion is to blame for this particular delay. Based on the hype for Motorola and the little to no mention of comparable HTC’s or whatever else it’s pretty clear that they have some sort of agreement with Motorola. I don’t care if the new Motorola phone has 2, 4, 5, or 10 cores, I want my Samsung Nexus three weeks ago!
