China Telecom Motorola XT928 release & specs

Motorola have hit the mobile phone headlines a fair amount recently, with their newly released Droid RAZR and another due to surface that of the Droid 4. But it doesn’t stop there. News in just today is showing a new XT928 smartphone about to release in China next month with China Telecom.

Although not officially priced, the new XT928 as its been called, can be seen in all its glory with a listing of specifications which we are keen to give you. Releasing with a 4.5-inch HD display it gives it a slight edge over its neighbours the RAZR and Droid 4, which coincidentally come with a 4.3-inch and 4-inch.

Running on Android’s 2.3 Gingerbread OS, the XT928 as engadget.com reported, packs a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1080p HD playback and a massive 13 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 to the front, 1GB of RAM, Motorola’s app market and so on.

In an official statement from Director of China Telecom Device Management Center “Ma Jaojie,” they said, “The latest of China Telecom’s 3G Internet smartphones, the Motorola XT928 has great performance and imaging capabilities that surpass those of many digital cameras.”

Corporate VP and President of Motorola Mobility China “Frank Meng,” said, “Motorola XT928 has features and design that will catch people’s attention, and multimedia power that will hold it. We look forward to working with China Telecom to show people in China everything that Motorola XT928 can do.”
