Motorola Droid 4 makes appearance: Dec 8th looks good

There have been a few images of the new Android handset coming out of the Motorola camp, namely the Motorola Droid 4, but today we are treated to a real live picture of the Motorola Droid 4 resting in someone’s hand and proving that this is a real deal Droid 4 handset with its QWERTY keyboard goodness.

The picture of the Motorola Droid 4 in the wild comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Ubergizmo and by way of Cnet, and of course we recently posted the specifications for the Motorola Droid 4 albeit not being too clear as to whether the device will come out to play sporting Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

However rumoured specs for the Android smartphone are, RAZR design, 4G LTE, 5-row Physical keyboard, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a 4-inch qHD screen but not sure if it will be LCD or AMOLED, DROID RAZR design styling, 8-megapixel camera on the back and a front camera for video calling, talk time up to 12.5 hours, memory card slot, 1785 mAh battery.

Of course although having that RAZR design the Droid 4 wont be as slim as the Motorola Droid RAZR due to packing that slide out QWERTY keyboard. As for when the Android faithful might be able to get their mitts on the Droid 4, well it appears that December the 8th is the most favourable release date being touted, so if the Motorola Droid 4 does surface on the 8th will you be snapping up the handset?
