Naughty VZSucks Coupon Code for unlocked Verizon Galaxy Nexus

The big deal over in the USA for the Android faithful at the moment is when will Verizon get their finger out and release the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, as currently the Big Red is keeping very tight lipped on the matter and prospective customers are becoming somewhat frustrated albeit Verizon not actually announcing a firm release date for the device.

And as we reported previously it appears the Big Red is in some wrangle with Google over Google Wallet and that’s the reason customers still can’t get their hands on the Android Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone.

However, according to the guys over at Android Police, if you simply can’t wait any longer for Verizon to deliver the goods you can opt to purchase an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus from Negri Electronics, which would normally set you back $730.50, but if you use their VZSucks coupon code they will shave 45-bucks off that price.

So with the aptly named VZSucks coupon code the unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus will set you back $685.50 rather than that $730.50, not too bad a deal, especially if you think Verizon does suck and have grown weary of the Big Red keep on delaying the device.

So there you go, if you are desperate enough to want the Samsung Galaxy Nexus right now rather than continue to wait god knows how long for Verizon to release the handset, you can take advantage of that VZSucks coupon code to save a few bucks…will you?

  1. I always buy unlocked because it’s cheaper. On Verizon you will pay at least $730.50 over the term of the contract, it’s just spread out.

Luckily though, I’m in the UK, and got my GN weeks ago from Clove 😀

      1. Well, I guess it could be a little tricky on CDMA, due to the lack of a SIM. Here in the UK we’re GSM only, so you can freely take your SIM out of one phone, and put it in another (so long as it is unlocked), and the operator is none-the-wiser.

In theory, I suppose Verizon could choose to disallow you from activating the handset. I don’t really know how it works on CDMA.

        1. Hey  with CDMA  you can also just take any NEXUS S or GALAXY NEXUS and throw in your SIM CARD and away you go. When I bought my NEXUS S I was just givin the phone and the guy just said just put your SIM CARD in it and took my money and moved on to the next custy, worst service ever but I know now that I can just do this, which is great because I absolutly hate when they touch my brand new phone at the store and dobwhatever they want to it. totally earks me and I just want to ask for a new one espacially when they take off the screen protector errrrr .

I think that even if they let you connect it you still wont have accesss to the LTE network so I dont think it’s worth it honestly. You wont be able to unleash the phones full potential
