Nokia E6 gains Symbian Belle leak, official coming 2012

Good news for Finnish company Nokia, the much longed for Symbian Belle update for its smartphone line-up will be coming early part of next year. Although the update hasn’t got a fixed date, we know it will be 2012 and will be benefiting smartphones currently running Symbian Anna. Handsets such as the N8, X7, C6-01, E7, C7, Oro and E6.

On the subject of the Nokia E6, mynokiablog.com has spoken about how the Symbian Belle leaked for the Nokia E6 has already been the talking point on the DailyMobile forum.

Those benefiting from the new Symbian Belle first off, have been reported as being Nokia users in America and Europe with countries such as India following on. Features to the new Symbian will include new apps, NFC functionality, new widgets such as the clock, calendar, email would have all been totally revamped along with being available in different sizes. Toggle widgets for tasks such as changing over to the Bluetooth will be a new experience.

As well as this, a new navigation and options bar directly at the base of the screen will show off a new look, with the screen in locked mode being able to tell you who has called, messaged and so on.
