Nokia Lumia 800 Sweden release date, will you buy?

Back in September 2011, Nokia announced to the world their new Lumia smartphone range, comprising of the 700 and 800 models running on Microsoft’s new Windows OS. Since their initial announcement, here at Phones Review we’ve been keeping you up to date with its release in a handful of countries, comparisons to other rival phones and so on.

With another existing six countries, consumers in the country of Sweden will now be able to pre-order the new Lumia 800 with a release of January 23rd. According to mynokiablog.com, Swedish carriers running with the new Nokia include the biggest of the bunch that of Tele2, Telenor and Three or “3”.

In relation to its price, the new Lumia 800 is expected to retail for 3900 Swedish krona or equivalent of 437.71 euros. Three is reported to be offering the phone to its customers for 4500 Swedish krona as a stand-alone price.

So what can you get for your money? The new Nokia Lumia 800 running on Windows Mango OS, will feature a 3.7-inch Amoled ClearBlack display, 8 MP rear camera with Carl Zeiss Optics, 720p video recording, fast browsing with Internet Explorer 9, turn by turn navigation, social networking updates and so on. The Lumia 800 comes in a choice of black, pink or blue.
