Rogers new LTE Rocket stick & mobile hotspot

For those Rogers faithful over in the great white of Canada, Rogers have a couple of new Long Term Evolution (LTE) devices for your consideration, as Roger has now announced they will soon launch a new LTE stick, and mobile hotspot along with more LTE plans to deliver more speed and choice to Canadians.

According to the guys over at Mobile Tech News, Rogers will be launching the Sierra Wireless AirCard 330U LTE stick along with the Sierra Wireless AirCard 763S LTE Rocket mobile hotspot that apparently offers up to 100 Mbps LTE download speeds.

Both of these accessories are the first to support connectivity on the 1700/2100 MHz and 2600 MHz spectrum, and will offer typical LTE download speeds of up to 40 Mbps rather than the typical 1700/2100 MHz 12-25 Mbps.

Also available this week, Rogers will extend their range of HSPA+ 4G mobile Internet plans to LTE devices and will include the Flex Rate plan for mobile hotspot and Rocket stick kicking off at $22.93 a month, and with a Flex Rate plan for tablets starting at $7.93 a month.

The new Sierra Wireless AirCard 763S Rocket mobile hotspot will become available in spring, whilst the Sierra Wireless AirCard 330U model of the Rocket stick will become available in Rogers stores in the coming weeks and both devices can be reserved by hitting up Rogers.com/lte.
