Google+ for Android app update, plus is a must

If you have already jumped aboard the newest social network to hit the net, Google+ and access your Google+ page via your Android smartphone app, you just might like to know that the Google guys have now released a significant updated Google Plus app for Android, and we have the changelog for your consideration below.

The guys over at Droid-life posted the Google Plus app changelog so we though we’d pass it along tour Android readers out there, and let you know that you can of course grab the updated app for free from the Android Market as of right now.

So what’s changed in the Google+ app…apparently there are massive performance improvements across the entire application, What’s Hot has been added, you can now view who +1’d a post and comment, a stream no longer jumps to the top for an auto-refresh, infinite photo feed in “From your circles,” and stream posts are now shortened to fit more per scroll.

Have to say as an Android fan I use Google Plus quite a lot, but to be honest don’t use the mobile app as much as I could, but them most of my time is spent at the PC anyway.

Anyway if you are already part of the Google+ game you can download the updated app to your chosen Android device, and if you don’t already use Google Plus why not do so and get in on the fun. Of course if you do grab the app and experience and problems feel free to let us know.

If you have enjoyed this Phones Review article feel free to add me to your circles on Google+ and I will of course add you back.

App does support pages now, you need to log out of your current profile, and log back in with the profile connected to the page. App gives you option to use that profile as the private user or as the page. What could be problematic for some people managing several pages is that you need to repeat this process each time.
