South Korean Samsung have over the last year produced many devices to appeal to all markets, be it mobile phone handsets or tablet devices. In 2011 we saw the massive popularity of the Galaxy S II which sold units over and above any expectation, with news now pointing to a successor the Galaxy S III launching in the next few months.

Today the news has centred on the country of India and their introduction of the Samsung Galaxy Ace Duo range consisting of the Galaxy Y Duos and Y Pro Duos. Incorporating a dual-SIM, the Android handsets will be the first of their kind for the Indian market and for your consideration we can now give you an idea of their specs and price bracket.

With prices as androids.in reported starting at INR 10,490 for a Galaxy Y Duo, whilst a Galaxy Y Pro Duo will set you back INR 11,090 with the Galaxy Ace Duo costing INR 16,900.

Specs wise, the Galaxy Ace will consist of a 3.5-inch HVGA display, Android 2.3, 832MHz processor, 5MP rear camera, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi with 1650 mAh battery.

On the other hand the Galaxy Y Duo will pack a 3.14-inch QVGA display, Android 2.3, 832MHz processor, 3MP camera, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi with 1300 mAh battery.

Last out of the bunch is that of the Galaxy Y Pro Duo packing a 2.6-inch QVGA display, Android 2.3, 832MHz processor, 3MP camera, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi with 1350 mAh battery.
