3 HTC Dragon phones releasing in China

With the start of the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, we already have some news to give you. We already know that Samsung, LG and even Acer will be making an appearance in the next three days in order to show off their new wares, but today the news comes from makers HTC. Their latest development includes a new trio of smartphones that are going by the name of the ‘Dragon’ range.

Incorporating a 4-inch display and packing Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 OS, the new threesome as Engadget reported will benefit from a 1GHz single core processor, 5MP camera, Beats Audio, Sense 4.0 and so on.

For now the news appears to be only benefiting those in China, with the handsets coming to China Unicom, China Telecom and China Mobile, with the possibility of expansion to other countries in the future.

Although the new Dragon range will only appeal and be available to a certain number of us, let’s not forget other HTC handsets that have recently been reported on, with the emphasis of making their way to the MWC event this week. Take the HTC One X coincidentally rumoured to come with a quad-core processor or the S and V phone handsets.

Let us know your thoughts on the new Dragon range?
