New price plans ends Three UK out-of-bundle data charges

If you are in the United Kingdom and your preferred carrier is Three UK, as of tomorrow the 8th of March 2012, Three UK is launching a new range of price plans, which will apparently bring an end to their out-of-bundle data charges for all new smartphone contract customers.

As such new smartphone customers on Three UK will be able to pick a plan on Three UK’s all-you-can-eat data option, or opt for a 250MB allowance with a guaranteed no out of bundle data charges that will allow customers a “fear-free” mobile Internet experience.

Apparently a massive increase in mobile data usage over the past 18 months has driven Three UK to come up with the new plans, along with insight from Three UK customers saying they wish to have better control over their costs.

Customers can also choose from a simple range of minute options to create the best value plan for their needs with the new all-you-can-eat data plans.

The original all-you-can-eat data plan, The One Plan, for customers wishing plenty of everything will continue to deliver all-you-can-eat data along with more then enough texts and minutes, and now to run alongside The One Plan, Three UK brings two new tariff families with data at the heart.

The first of which is Ultimate with Internet plans starting at £18 for all-you-can-eat data for those customers that wish mobile internet without worrying or being restricted over cost.

The other option is Essential internet plans that offer 250MB of allowance with zero chance of getting any out-of-bundle data charges, and can purchase a 250MB add-on for just two quid or an all-you-can-eat data add-on for £5 with each lasting 30-days, and users will receive a text alert when they reach their data limit.
