According to an article over on Ibnlive, a spokesperson for Samsung has said that the Samsung Galaxy Beam smartphone will launch in India in April.

The Samsung Galaxy Beam, which has been available elsewhere for quite a while, offers the user a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED touch screen, a dual core 1GHz processor, 5 megapixel auto-focus rear facing camera, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 720p video, 8GB internal memory along with microSD expansion up to 32GB, of course that built-in projector and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

Despite housing that projector which can project an image up to 50-inches onto a flat surface, the Samsung Galaxy Beam measures 124 x 64.2 x 12.5mm and weighs in at 145 grams with a 2000mAh battery.

According to the article, several Indian handset makers over the past few months have launched handsets featuring a projector, however all of those devices are featurephones based on the Java operating system, whilst the Samsung Galaxy Beam is an Android smartphone; however currently there is no word on just how much the Samsung Galaxy Beam will cost when it releases in India.
