    Novelty wore off a few years ago when nothing I scanned was recognised. It might have been because the UK wasn’t ready for it but I doubt things have changed. I’ll have another look when I’m in Sainsburys next ;o) 

  2. This is great! I was looking for good barcode
    scanner apps. You’ve boiled down the best of them. It is great what barcodes
    will do, as you mentioned. Give you great deals and what not. And because
    barcodes have really low susceptibility to errors, they work perfectly to your
    advantage.

    I also agree with comments of rest of the user. As barcode scanner works well when there is sufficient clarity in image when Image is not clear no application across the planet works but here is the point when there is problem in image clarity it should have communicate to video coded of gadget and try to get best quality to decode barcode. Need to adjust various parameter of camera. If this thing done it will be really great leap in world of barcode scanner.
